Order Processing & Shipping Policy
Orders are processed in the order they are received. The usual processing time is within two weeks of the original date the order placed the customer should receive a tracking number via email for reference. All orders are primarily shipped from Columbus, OH via USPS or UPS. If your order qualifies for free shipping, it will be shipped via one of those carriers as well.
USPS & UPS shipping rates are based on your provided shipping address and the weight of your order. The weight of your order will determine whether your package will be shipped via USPS or UPS.
With a minimum purchase of $75 or more at www.sawyermarie.com, shipping is at no cost to a customer within the United States of America.
Lost or Stolen Packages
The Sawyer Marie Company is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced shipments. We are also not responsible for intercepting packages that were sent to the wrong address. Please make sure to double-check the "Shipping" address when placing your order.
As we ship via USPS & UPS, they both are insured. We will file a claim with USPS and/or UPS to get reimbursed for the shipping and damages. While we are not responsible for USPS/UPS handling of packages, we will work with you to remedy the situation and replace your damaged items. Photos showing the extent of the damage will help us. Please email proof of damage to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number.
Return & Exchange Policy
Currently, all sales are final for our luxury self-care products and we do not accept exchanges or cancellations. Please contact us and let us assist you further prior to purchasing if you have any questions. If you have any concerns after your purchase, please promptly contact us within 7 days of your product delivery date via our contact form.
